Lori Cox is an exceptional and inspiring leader who defied the odds, conquered adversity, and has emerged as a fun and powerful voice in the personal growth and leadership world.
Abandoned at the age of two and experiencing two failed adoptions and countless foster homes, Lori’s early life was marked by trials and uncertainty. To compound misfortunes, her husband died at age 30, leaving her a single parent of two young boys. However, these experiences, along with raising two exceptional young men on her own and adopting a third, ignited a fire within her to make a difference, live by example, and find her true calling.  Through her unwavering determination, she harnessed the power of her own story to inspire others to overcome hardship and obstacles, break down barriers, and realize their full potential.
Lori is the founder of FACET Leadership, where she works tirelessly to help others foster their values, potential, and leader within. She honestly believes that anyone can move forward on their path towards their goals if they can just get out of their own way and adopt tools to help them succeed. She also has experience in media research, clinical research, higher education, and early childhood education. The Head Start program is especially near and dear to her heart as she started her educational journey in a Head Start pre-school and had the honor of being an Executive Director of Early Head Start and Head Start programs.
